PeiHomeBrewer sent me two of his home brews that he made using Cooper’s products. He is an experienced home brewer, with limited access to raw ingredients, and therefore knows how to work with kits to bring them up a level from just plain “Kit & Kilo” methods.
I doubt it. It’s a Cooper’s head. LOL. We all really need to forget about that knob and unsub from his tabloid channel. Most of us haven’t been there in a couple of weeks or more. As I’ve said before; TSA who??
I’ve got one planned soon. My family can’t get enough of this dish. Plus, more soups and stews for the winter months. MMMM!
You can start trying it in a week, but really, a month from now it will be much better. Hint: Put an aged bottle in the fridge over night, then take it out and let it warm to room temp. Then put it back in the fridge to cool again. I do this with my kegs and it really produces a great mouth feel and head.
use pasteurized honey. Have fun. That’s all I can think of.
You should make and offer for he’s all grain brew stuff. Because he not going to use it any more.
craig i love your videos
Thanks Craig,
Thanks the for great tip..I am finding that the art of brewing is so diverse with all the ways to make great beer and wine.
I will let you know how that cooling and warming>> works!!
Well its time to click some ads!!:) Dave
Dear Craig, Very excited for All-grain videos. Still just getting started but excited to watch you try it. Love the videos! keep making more..
Good video Craig. One tip for the end there, never use straight Dextrose. I never do these days, as I find you get a much better result. You can get the mixed sugars like Brew Enhancer Two from Coopers, which has a mix of dextrose and other sugars. Probably this should be a rule I think.
I sometimes feel the same way about my cats.
Ferrets are so cute! I had one a few years back and he was awesome!
after bottling the beer, how long should I wait till I can drink it.. The longer the better no doubt.. any advise would be good….
You can drink it any time, but it won’t taste that great until about two weeks.
you are legendary
Cool review, cool pull-over and cool beer…. I’m also a big lager fan.
Any chance you can do a vid on how to change a tweeter. Hope your well.
I could I guess. It’s pretty easy. You take the old one out, and replace it with a matching unit. You put the wires in the same place. They usually just slide on and off the terminals. Cheers!
As the saying go’s, NEVER work with children or animals, or was it woman and animals, I forget., Nice vids mate, Cheers
Get yourself a cheap mash tun. You can make one with a couple of buckets and some insulation material. Any questions, give me a ring.
Craig AG Tube.. GETTERRR-DONE ! …TSA…. not from you know who…. your AG ready to brew, you know more then basic brewing from a can, extract and mini mash. i’d go AG brewing in 10gal batches, ur cost will not dbl’ed and with a few oz’s of different grains, hops or yeast you’ll have 2 different 5gal beers. i’d recommend not buying equipment for 5gal AG brewing and spend a few more $ and get a 10gal set up.. i wish i would have, 10gal batch only take a little more time and $……. BREW ON !
